You will be informed with the tracking number via e-mail when your order is being shipped, you can track your order.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of the parcel in within 3 to7 working days for West Malaysia and 7 to 14 working days for East Malaysia and Singapore. (Our daily shipment is from Tuesday to Saturday excluding any Sunday, Monday and national public holidays).<\/li>\n<li>Our standard delivery charges per order are as follows shipping rates are subject to change without advanced notice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"container section-title-container\" style=\"margin-bottom:5px;\"><h4 class=\"section-title section-title-normal\"><b><\/b><span class=\"section-title-main\" >UNCLAIMED DELIVERY<\/span><b><\/b><\/h4><\/div>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any unclaimed parcels bearing their name. <\/li>\n<li>Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>HLD will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. <\/li>\n<li>Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer. <\/li>\n<li>Any unclaimed parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"container section-title-container\" style=\"margin-bottom:5px;\"><h4 class=\"section-title section-title-normal\"><b><\/b><span class=\"section-title-main\" >PAYMENT<\/span><b><\/b><\/h4><\/div>\n\n<ul>\n<li>All payment have to be made through online banking which is linked to our shopping cart. <\/li>\n<li>It may take 2 to 3 weeks for any refund.<\/li>\n<li>Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.<\/li>\n<li>All pending payments will be cancelled after 3 days of non-payment.
