Purchase Procedure

We are committed to make your shopping experience with us at “HLD” enjoyable. We respect your privacy and the security of your personal information. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

DELIVERY

  1. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment made.
  2. Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for loss of parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied.
  3. Orders shipped via Skynet are insured and track-able. You will be informed with the tracking number via e-mail when your order is being shipped, you can track your order.
  4. Delivery of the parcel in within 3 to7 working days for West Malaysia and 7 to 14 working days for East Malaysia and Singapore. (Our daily shipment is from Tuesday to Saturday excluding any Sunday, Monday and national public holidays).
  5. Our standard delivery charges per order are as follows shipping rates are subject to change without advanced notice.

UNCLAIMED DELIVERY

  • Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any unclaimed parcels bearing their name.
  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
  • HLD will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
  • Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
  • Any unclaimed parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.

PAYMENT

  • All payment have to be made through online banking which is linked to our shopping cart.
  • It may take 2 to 3 weeks for any refund.
  • Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
  • All pending payments will be cancelled after 3 days of non-payment. Customers may re-select item(s) and make the payment again.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
