Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Defective merchandise due to manufacturing defect is accepted as exchange /return /refund within 3 days after receiving the merchandise.

  3. Please include the original invoice / order number, email address and a picture of defective merchandise as proof of request for exchange/ return/ refund.
  4. Upon receiving of the returned product, we shall conduct full examination and notify you via email, within 7 days. In the event of a refund, we will pay your purchase price by crediting to your account as per your original method of payment.
  5. All shipping costs incurred in the return of merchandise for exchange or refund are to be borne by customers
